Our partners froom Vino Vino Vino have selected for you a champagne from perhaps the most sympathetic married winemaking couple! Xavier Gonet, from a traditional family in Champagne, likes to talk about how he used to drink Salon with dinner when he wasn't yet well-known. Julie Medeville comes from a famous family in Bordeaux. They have been working in biodynamic mode for a few years now, by the way, but they don't present it much anywhere because it seems like a natural evolution to them, not a marketing tool. They have not written it on the bottles or publicised it any further. This is the sympathetic expression of a relationship with viticulture and nature that does not aspire to be a religion. The pure white chalk bedrock of their cellar and vineyards gives the wines high minerality. Only perfectly ripe grapes are harvested, most of which are then nursed in a barrel.

Champagne Tradition 1er Cru Brut

Champagne is built on Chardonnay which accounts for 70% of the entire blend. It comes from 1er cru locations in the areas of Bisseuil, Trepail, Trepail,  Mareuil sur Aÿ a Le Mesnil sur Oger. The shrubs grow on chalky substrates and are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and the wine is left on the lees for 24 months. Full-bodied and rich are the main features of this wine. It is very popular among experts for its quality at a reasonable price. The notes of brioche and white peaches leave no doubt as to which variety dominates here. It is also perfect as an aperitif.

Radua Crystal Handmade Candle

A handmade candle made from organic, purely natural soy wax and with a cotton wick. The fragrance forms with the use of 100% organic essential oil. They cast the candle by hand. The products are not tested on animals.

To make the gift a lasting one, the candle glasses are made of Czech crystal. After burning, just wash the glass in warm water, remove the wick and use for a delicious drink, insert a tea light candle or use as a beautiful crystal vase for a small flower.
